When is a UAE Corporate Tax return due?
A Corporate Tax return and any related tax payment are generally due within nine months after the end of the relevant tax period. A company with a 31 December year-end would therefore normally file and pay by 30 September of the following year. The filing is made through EmaraTax. Businesses should close their accounts, complete tax adjustments and resolve supporting documentation well before the deadline.
